"Mayhem" is an action horror film directed by Joe Lynch ("Everly") that stars Steven Yeun as a corporate employee who ends up trapped inside the building he wworks in that has been quarantined after an airborne virus broke out. What's worse is that the virus makes everyone act out on their most violent impulses.

The film also stars Samara Weaving, Steven Brand, Dallas Roberts, Kerry Fox and Caroline Chikezie.

"Mayhem" opened in limited release as well as on VOD and Digital HD on November 10th, 2017, and received positive reviews from critics.

"Derek Cho (Steven Yeun) is having a really bad day. After being unjustly fired from his job, he discovers that the law firm's building is under quarantine for a mysterious and dangerous virus. Chaos erupts throughout the office as the victims of the disease begin acting out their wildest impulses. Joining forces with a former client (Samara Weaving) who has a grudge of her own, Derek savagely fights tooth and nail to get to the executives on the top floor and settle the score once and for all."
