"The Long Road Home" is an eight-part miniseries developed by National Geographic and based on the book of the same name written by ABC chief global affairs correspondent Martha Raddatz.

The series focuses on the events of April 4th, 2004, when a platoon was ambushed in Sadr City, Baghdad, an attack that is now known as "Black Sunday". The cast features Michael Kelly, Jason Ritter, E.J. Bonilla, Kate Bosworth, Sarah Wayne Callies, Noel Fisher and Jeremy Sisto.

"The Long Road Home" premieres tonight November 7, 2017 at 9 E/P and will move to 10 E/P in subsequent weeks.
