First Trailer for CALL OF DUTY: ADVANCED WARFARE Starring Kevin Spacey

call of duty advanced warfare trailer

The first trailer for "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" was released yesterday. No, it's not a movie for a change, it's the upcoming installment in the famous videogame franchise. The first-person shooter was supposed have its trailer revealed on May 4th, but after it was leaked online, the official trailer was released soon afterwards. The big surprise is that Academy Award winner Kevin Spacey ("House of Cards") will be a part of the new game, not only by voicing a character, but also by allowing his appearance to be used in the game, thus giving a full virtual performance. It's quite unique for a videogame that is not a movie adaptation, and a very interesting choice. The story apparently focuses on a private military company, owned by Spacey's character, that has turned on the US government. The writing on display in the trailer seems to be worthy enough for the actor. Just check out this cool line from the trailer:
"And you think you can just march into these countries based on some fundamentalist religious principles, drop a few bombs, topple a dictator and start a democracy ? Give me a break."

Watch the trailer after the jump.
