Two new R-rated trailers and a movie clip for the comedy "Neighbors" have been released and they raise the bar in terms of hilariously outrageous raunchy fun (or lower it, depends on how you feel about these movies). It might sound like an over-the-top description, but I guarantee, there is nothing understated in these two new trailers. The film is directed by Nicholas Stoller ("The Five-Year Engagement") and it stars Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, Zac Efron, Dave Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Jake Johnson, Ike Barinholtz, Jason Mantozoukas and Lisa Kudrow.
