A new trailer and poster for the R-rated comedy "Neighbors" have been released. The film is directed by Nicholas Stoller ("The Five-Year Engagement") and it stars Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, Zac Efron, Dave Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Jake Johnson, Ike Barinholtz, Jason Mantozoukas and Lisa Kudrow.
