The first red band trailer and four new images have been released for the comedy "Neighbors" starring Seth Rogen, Zac Efron and Rose Byrne. Rogen and Byrne star as a young couple who are forced to live next to a fraternity house after the birth of their newborn baby. The film brings back the vibe of raunchy fraternity comedies like "Old School" and "Animal House", and it's directed by Nicholas Stoller ("Forgetting Sarah Marshall"). Also starring Dave Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Jake Johnson, Ike Barinholtz, Jason Mantozoukas and Lisa Kudrow, "Neighbors" opens on May 9, 2014.
