  1. We have waited twenty years for the return of Lucero to movies and it was worth the wait. I laughed. I cried. It left me asking myself questions and pondering “what if’s…?” Every detail was meticulously planned and top notch quality. As an historian, I spotted nothing out of proper historical context. My one complaint is more of an observation: I would have loved it to have been longer. Thankfully, I can watch it as many times as I wish via Netflix
