"Death Valley" is a crime mystery series created by Paul Doolan set in Wales that follows the unlikely crime-solving partnership between eccentric national treasure John Chapel (Timothy Spall), a retired actor and star of a hit fictional detective TV show, and disarming Detective Sergeant Janie Mallowan (Gwyneth Keyworth).

The cast also includes Steffan Rhodri, Alexandria Riley, Melanie Walters and Rithvik Andugula. The series premiered on May 25, 2025 on BBC One in the UK, and on May 29, 2025 on Britbox in the US.
