The third season of the Canadian supernatural drama series "SurrealEstate" premieres on SYFY on April 3, 2025, at 10 p.m. ET. Created by George Olson, the show follows real estate agent Luke Roman and his team who specialize in clearing and closing haunted houses. The cast features Tim Rozon, Adam Korson, Maurice Dean Wint, Savannah Basley, Sarah Levy and Elena Juatco.
