"The Alto Knights" is a crime drama directed by Barry Levinson ("Rain Man", "Wag the Dog") from a script by Nicholas Pileggi ("Goodfellas", "Casino").

The film stars Robert De Niro in a double role as two of New York City's most notorious organized crime bosses, Frank Costello and Vito Genovese, once best friends, who now vie for control of the city's streets. The cast also includes Debra Messing, Cosmo Jarvis, Kathrine Narducci and Michael Rispoli.

"The Alto Knights" opened in theaters on March 21, 2025.
