"The Brutalist" is a historical drama directed by Brady Corbet ("Vox Lux") from a script he co-wrote alongside Mona Fastvold ("The Mustang"). The cast includes Adrien Brody, Felicity Jones, Guy Pearce, Joe Alwyn, Raffey Cassidy, Stacy Martin, Emma Laird, Isaach de Bankolé and Alessandro Nivola. The film premiered at the 81st Venice International Film Festival where it won the Silver Lion for Best Direction. It opened in select theaters on December 20, 2024.
