"Mononoke the Movie: Phantom in the Rain" is a Japanese anime horror film directed by Kenji Nakamura from a script co-written by Nakamura and Koji Yamamoto based on the 2007 Mononoke anime television series, which in turn is a spin-off of the 2006 anthology series "Ayakashi: Samurai Horror Tales", both created by Toei Animation.

The voice cast includes Hiroshi Kamiya, Tomoyo Kurosawa, Aoi Yūki, Mami Koyama, Kana Hanazawa, Haruka Tomatsu and Yoko Hikasa. A sequel, "Mononoke Second Chapter: Hinezumi" is set to release in Japan on March 14, 2025, followed by an untitled third film.

"Mononoke the Movie: Phantom in the Rain" premiered on November 28, 2024 on Netflix.
