"Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire" is a sequel to the 2021 reboot/sequel "Ghostbusters: Afterlife", and the fifth installment in the "Ghostbusters" franchise. Directed by Gil Kenan ("Monster House") from a script by Kenan and Jason Reitman, the film stars Paul Rudd, Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, Mckenna Grace, Celeste O'Connor, Logan Kim, Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, Annie Potts, William Atherton, Kumail Nanjiani, and Patton Oswalt. The film opened in theaters on March 22, 2024.
