The second season of the comedy series "Acapulco" premiered on October 21, 2022 on Apple TV+. Created by Austin Winsberg, Eduardo Cisneros and Jason Shuman based on the 2017 film "How to be a Latin Lover", the series stars Eugenio Derbez, Enrique Arrizon, Fernando Carsa, Damian Alcazar, Camila Perez, Vanessa Bauchea nd Chord Overstreet.

After the events of Season 1, our characters find themselves at crossroads in their lives and with their aspirations. Young Maximo (Enrique Arrizon) back in the '80s, finds himself grappling with his heart and big dreams that are leading him towards the path of becoming the Older (Eugenio Derbez) Maximo we know in the present. While Older Maximo finds himself dealing with the consequences of youthful ambition, but going about it in a way his younger self couldn’t handle.
