"Confess, Fletch" is a comedy directed by Greg Mottola ("Superbad") from a script co-written by Mottola and Zev Borow ("Chuck") based on the 1976 novel of the same name by Gregory Mcdonald. This is the third installment in the "Fletch" film series, which also includes 1985's "Fletch" and 1989's "Fletch Lives", both starring Chevy Chase as the titular protagonist. The 2022 film stars Jon Hamm, Lorenza Izzo, Marcia Gay Harden, Kyle MacLachlan, Roy Wood Jr. and John Slattery. "Confess, Fletch" premiered on September 16, 2022 in select theaters and on premium video on demand. The film will premiere on October 28, 2022 on Showtime.
