"How I Met Your Father" is a sitcom created by Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger as a standalone sequel to "How I Met Your Mother". The show follows Sophie (Hilary Duff) and her close-knit group of friends who are in the midst of figuring out who they are, what they want out of life, and how to fall in love in the age of dating apps and limitless options. The cast also includes Francia Raisa, Tom Ainsley, Tien Tran, Suraj Sharma, Josh Peck, Christopher Lowell and Kim Cattrall. The series premiered on January 18, 2022 on Hulu.
