"Good Sam" is a medical drama created by Katie Wech. The show stars Sophia Bush as a heart surgeon who clashes with her father (Jason Isaacs), who also happens to be her boss, when he returns to work after recovering from a coma. The cast also includes Skye P. Marshall, Michael Stahl-David, Omar Maskati, Wendy Crewson and Edwin Hodge. The series premiered on January 5, 2022 on CBS.

As he defies Sam’s authority and challenges her medical expertise, the big question becomes whether this father and daughter will ever be able to mend their own relationship as expertly as they heal the hearts of their patients.
