"Bruised" is a sports drama directed by Halle Berry in her feature directorial debut from a script by Michelle Rosenfarb. Berry also stars in the lead role as a disgraced MMA fighter finds redemption in the cage and the courage to face her demons when the son she had given up as an infant unexpectedly reenters her life. Adan Canto, Sheila Atim, Adriane Lenox, Heidi Moneymaker, Lela Loren and Denny Dillon co-star. The film premiered on November 17, 2021 on Netflix.

"Jackie Justice (Halle Berry) is a mixed martial arts fighter who leaves the sport in disgrace.
