"Young Dylan" is a new comedy series created by Tyler Perry that stars Dylan Gilmer as the titular protagonist, an aspiring hip-hop artist who moves in with his uncle Myles (Carl Anthony Payne II) and aunt Yasmine (Mieko Hillman). The Wilson family household is soon turned upside down as lifestyles clash. The cast also includes Celina Smith, Hero Hunter, Jet Miller and Aloma Wright.

"Tyler Perry's Young Dylan" premiered on February 20, 2020 on Nickelodeon.

"Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan premieres this Saturday on February 29th at 8:30 P.M. Executive produced, directed and written by Perry, the series follows a family whose world is turned upside down when their nephew, Young Dylan (Dylan Gilmer), an aspiring hip-hop star, moves in unannounced. Dylan’s grandmother Viola (Aloma Wright) realizes that raising her grandson is too much to take on, so she decides to send him to live indefinitely with her affluent son Myles Wilson (Carl Anthony Payne II), his wife Yasmine (Mieko Hillman) and their two kids Rebecca (Celina Smith) and Charlie (Hero Hunter).
