"Bluff City Law" is a new legal drama series created by Dean Goergaris and Michael Aguilar. The show is set in Memphis, Tennessee, and it follows the lawyers of an elite Memphis law firm that specializes in the most controversial landmark civil rights cases, led by legendary lawyer Elijah Strait (Jimmy Smits) and his brilliant daughter, Sydney (Caitlin McGee). The cast also includes Barry Sloane, Michael Luwoye, Stony Blyden, Jayne Atkinson and MaameYaa Boafo.

"Bluff City Law" premiered on September 23, 2019 on NBC.
