After the success of the Netflix-Marvel collaboration on "Jessica Jones", a new joint effort takes shape with the upcoming series "Luke Cage". Mike Colter stars as the titular superhero, who was upgraded with super strength and unbreakable skin after a sabotaged experiment and who is now forced to rebuild his life as a fugitive in Harlem, New York City. The show also stars Mahershala Ali, Frankie Faison, Frank Whaley, Simone Missick, Alfre Woodardm, Theo Rossi and Rosario Dawson.
"Luke Cage" will premiere on Netflix on September 30th.

Official Synopsis
"After a sabotaged experiment leaves him with super strength and unbreakable skin, Luke Cage (Mike Colter) becomes a fugitive trying to rebuild his life in modern day Harlem, New York City. But he is soon pulled out of the shadows and must fight a battle for the heart of his city – forcing him to confront a past he had tried to bury."
