This week in theaters we have a truly wide variety of new entries. First up is the sci-fi sequel "Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials" which is also the most likely to succeed at the box-office. Close behind in the upcoming money-makers top 10 is the crime drama "Black Mass" featuring an Oscar-caliber performance by Johnny Depp. And just in time, I'd say, to wash out the sour taste of "Mortdecai". For those seeking some real thrills, there's the mountain-climbing drama "Everest", based on the tragic actual events that occured in 1996. And last, but maybe definitely among the least, we have the faith-based thriller/drama "Captive" starring Kate Mara and David Oyelowo in a story about book promoting. You'll see what I mean after the jump.
