The only wide release this week is Marvel's sequel "Avengers: Age of Ultron". And it makes perfect sense because no other studio would want to compete against that behemoth at the box-office. Still, the limited releases this week are very interesting. The best reviewed film this week is the Thomas Hardy adaptation "Far From the Madding Crowd" starring Carey Mulligan and Matthias Schoenaerts. Other solid limited releases are the dramedy "Welcome to Me" which delivers a riveting performance by Kristen Wiig, and the British crime drama "Hyena". More about each movie after the jump.

Synopses, details, critical reception, trailers, clips and more after the jump.
