A green band version of the first trailer for the comedy "Neighbors" has been released. While most of the differences consist in the removal of the R-rated elements present in the red band trailer, this version does add a few new scenes. Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne star as a young couple who are forced to live next door to a fraternity house. Zac Efron stars as the frat leader. Also starring Dave Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Jake Johnson, Ike Barinholtz, Jason Mantozoukas and Lisa Kudrow, "Neighbors" opens on May 9, 2014.

"Seth Rogen, Zac Efron and Rose Byrne lead the cast of Neighbors, a comedy about a young couple suffering from arrested development who are forced to live next to a fraternity house after the birth of their newborn baby.
