Official Synopsis : DreamWorks presents this computer-animated motion-capture adaptation of Georges Remi’s beloved Tintin comic strip in this first installment of a planned trilogy. What to Expect : A thrilling adventure that I personally consider Spielberg's return to the days of Indiana Jones' adventures. In fact, this should have been the fourth Indiana Jones movie. The animation is excellent and the motion capture and 3D are more than just gimmicks in Spielberg's hands.
Critical Response : Positive. Critics had a lot of fun watching "The Adventures of Tintin", a movie they consider to be creative, brilliantly conceived and executed and an overall old-fashioned treat that far exceeds the usual motion capture animation features. Rated 75% from 124 positive and 42 negative reviews.
