GET SHORTY Season 2 Trailers, Images and Poster

The second season of the Epix crime comedy series "Get Shorty" has premiered on August 12, 2018. The show follows a mobster (Chris O'Dowd) who heads to Hollywood to become a movie producer. Created by Davey Holmes, the series is based on Elmore Leonard's novel and the 1995 film of the same name.

In the second season, Miles' dreams of Hollywood are in danger after Rick (Ray Romano) wears a wire for the Feds. New additions to the cast include Felicity Huffman, Raymond Cruz, Steven Weber, Sonya Walger and Amy Selmetz.

SYNOPSIS

JUMP BACK TO TOP



"In season two, Miles Daly (Chris O'Dowd) struggles to reconcile his ambitions as a filmmaker and a family man with his skill set as a career criminal. His progress in Hollywood is jeopardized when the washed-up producer (Ray Romano) with whom he partnered in season one agrees to wear a Federal wire. Miles faces off with criminal financiers and with a Hollywood power-broker who could be the most dangerous of all."
