New Line Cinema and Warner Bros have released the first trailer and poster for the comedy "The House". Directed by "Neighbors" writer Andrew Jay Cohen, the film stars Will Ferrell and Amy Poehler as desperate parents who can't pay for their daughter's college tuition, so with the help of their neighbor (Jason Mantzoukas) they start an illegal casino in their basement.
The cast also includes Nick Kroll, Allison Tolman, Michaela Watkins, Ryan Simpkins, Jessie Ennis, Rob Huebel, Cedric Yarbrough and Jeremy Renner.
"The House" opens in theaters on June 30th.

Official Synopsis
"After Scott and Kate Johansen (Will Ferrell and Amy Poehler) lose their daughter Alex’s college fund, they become desperate to earn it back so she can pursue her dream of attending a university. With the help of their neighbor Frank (Jason Mantzoukas), they decide to start an illegal casino in the basement of his house."
