The awards-hopeful biopic "The Danish Girl" was released in limited release yesterday, so here is the new trailer (filled with ecstatic quotes from critics), two clips and nine images.
The true story of artists Lili Elbe (Eddie Redmayne) and Gerda Wegener (Alicia Vikander) received generally positive reviews, but some critics did have issues with the Oscar bait factor and the restrained and overly-glossy approach to the story.
Directed by Tom Hooper ("The King's Speech") the film also stars Ben Whishaw, Sebastian Koch, Amber Heard and Matthias Schoenaerts.
