Box-Office: MOCKINGJAY PART 1 Still Rules Soft Post-Thanksgiving Weekend

Mockingjay Part 1 Rules Post-Thanksgiving Weekend

"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1" is still enjoying a healthy run at the box-office and it has managed to hold on to the top spot for a third consecutive week with $21.6 million. The weekend was rather weak with only 20th Century Fox's "The Pyramid" representing a wide release of sorts. The found-footage horror film earned $1.3 million from over 550 theaters. The box-office is getting ready for the big holiday timeframe when films like "Exodus: Gods and Kings" and "The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies" will fight for the top spot.

New Wide Releases: "The Pyramid".

Biggest Drop : "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1" (-62%)

Smallest Drop : "Birdman" (-38%)
