Ben Affleck In Talks to Lead THE ACCOUNTANT

Ben Affleck ("Gone Girl", "Batman V. Superman") is currently in talks to lead Warner Bros' action thriller "The Accountant". Based on an original screenplay by Bill Dubuque ("The Judge"), the film focuses on a mild-mannered accountant who moonlights as a lethal assassin. Gavin O'Connor ("Warrior") is expected to be the film's helmer, but he hasn't been officially confirmed, yet. The film has been stuck in development for years. Will Smith was once attached to star and Mel Gibson was supposed to direct it. In the meantime, Ben Affleck can be seen in David Fincher's "Gone Girl" which has earned him some solid reviews.
