Idris Elba and Gemma Arterton to Lead ONE SQUARE MILE

Idris Elba ("No Good Deed") and Gemma Arterton ("Clash of the Titans") are set to star in the UK indie film "One Square Mile", which has recently been retitled to "A Hundred Streets". The film focuses on the drama of four people with extraordinary stories that unfold within "one square mile" in London. Elba and Arterton will play an estranged married couple, an ex-rugby superstar and a housewife, who both struggle with life. Elba is also attached to produce, and the film will be directed by Jim O'Hanlon ("House of Saddam"). Originally, Michael Caton-Jones was attached to direct, but dropped out. The script is written by Leon Butler who also directed the short "One Square Mile: London".
