A batch of twelve new posters and banners for James DeMonaco's "The Purge: Anarchy" have been released online today. The sequel expands the universe of The Purge and judging from the new posters we're going to get a much broader picture of what goes on during that one crazy night when all crimes are allowed, and a much more intense tone. I liked the first one, despite its flaws, but I always thought that the way to really do a Purge movie is to go out in the streets and really show what it means to have a night when people are no longer constrained by law and order. The sequel stars Frank Grillo, Michael K. Williams, Zach Gilford, Kiele Sanchez and Carmen Ejogo.
"The Purge: Anarchy" opens in theaters on July 18th.
