The first clip for the thriller "Homefront" starring Jason Statham has appeared online. Statham plays a DEA agent, who moves with his daughter to a quiet town, but is soon forced to fight off a local meth druglord (James Franco) and his gang. In this quiet dramatic scene, Statham comforts his grieving daughter.
Gary Fleder ("Runaway Jury") directs from a screenplay by Sylvester Stallone, who based his script on a novel by Chuck Logan. Also starring Kate Bosworth, Winona Ryder, Rachelle Lafevre, Clancy Brown, Omar Benson Miller and Frank Grillo, "Homefront" will open on November 27, 2013.
