INDEPENDENCE DAY and STARGATE Sequels, Dean Devlin Interview

I've always wondered why they've never considered a sequel for "Independence Day". It's just the kind of popcorn flick that begs for a sequel. Come to think of it, none of the movies Ronald Emmerich makes ever get sequels. Kind of makes you respect the man a little more.
