Official Synopsis: From the producers of Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz, ATTACK THE BLOCK follows a gang of tough inner-city kids who try to defend their turf against an invasion of savage alien creatures, turning a South London apartment complex into an extraterrestrial warzone.
The movie is set for a July 29, 2011 limited release in the US, but director Joe Cornish is hoping to raise public awareness for the movie through this red band trailer. So far it seems the movie is enjoying some positive critical response. Calling it the next "District 9" might be a bit too enthusiastic, but it's certainly going to be a neat addition to "Hot Fuzz" and "Shaun of the Dead".
