"Little Amélie or the Character of Rain" ("Amélie et la métaphysique des tubes") is an animated film directed by Maïlys Vallade and Liane-Cho Han from a script by Vallade, Han, Auded Py and Eddine Noel based on the novel "The Character of Rain" ("Métaphysique des tubes") by Amélie Nothomb.

The voice cast includes Loise Charpentier, Emmylou Homs, Victoria Grosbois, Yumi Fujimori, Cathy Cerda, Marc Arnaud and Laetitia Coryn. The film premiered in the Special Screenings section of the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, and opened in theaters in France on June 25, 2025. In the US it opened in select theaters on October 31st, and was released on digital platforms on December 9th.
