"I, the Executioner" is a South Korean crime action film directed by Ryoo Seung-wan from a script he co-wrote alongside Lee Won-jae, and it's a sequel to the 2015 film "Veteran". The cast includes Hwang Jung-min, Jung Hae-in, Oh Dal-su, Oh Dae-hwan, Jang Yoon-ju and Kim Si-hoo. The film opened in theaters in South Korea on September 13, 2024. It was released via streaming on February 11, 2025.

"The veteran detectives renowned for always getting their man are back in action! Detective Seo Do-cheol (HWANG Jung-min) and his Major Crime Investigation Division tirelessly track down criminals day and night, often at the expense of their personal lives. When the murder of a professor reveals links to past cases, suspicions of a serial killer arise, plunging the country into turmoil.
