Created by legendary manga artist Go Nagai (Mazinger Z, Getter Robo, Devilman) and first broadcast in 1973, CUTIE HONEY is one of the first action-driven magical girl shows, despite being aimed at a squarely male audience. Having since become a staple with various spinoff and reboot OVAs and TV shows, not to mention a live action film, this release presents the original CUTIE HONEY TV series for the first time on Blu-ray in North America in its original Japanese with English subtitles.
