"The Kingdom Exodus" ("Riget: Exodus") is a five-part conclusion (Season 3) to Lars von Trier's supernatural horror miniseries "The Kingdom". The story focuses on sleepwalker Karen (Bodil Jørgenson) who travels to the Copenhagen hospital where newly hired Stig Helmer Jr. (Mikael Persbrandt), the son of senior Helmer works in the neurosurgery wing. The final season had its world premiere at the 2022 Venice Film Festival, and aired in Denmark on Viaplay on October 9, 2022, and in the US on November 27 via MUBI.
