Rumor has It that the princess Emerah knows the secret to entering Drifting Isle, but when Lupin frees Emerah from Headhunter's palace, he gets a surprise: "Emerah" is actually the undercover agent Oleander in disguise! Ole is in for her own surprise when the long-dead Prince Pannish comes back from the dead to lead an uprising against Headhunter. Can Lupin, together with his gang and Pannish, save the nation and unlock the treasure vault, even with a million-dollar bounty on his head?
