"Persuasion" is a period romantic drama directed by Carrie Cracknell ("A Doll's House") from a script by Ron Bass ("Rain Man", "My Best Friend's Wedding", "What Dreams May Come") and Alice Victoria Winslow, based on the novel of the same name by Jane Austen. The cast includes Dakota Johnson, Cosmo Jarvis, Nikki Amuka-Bird, Mia McKenna-Bruce, Richard E. Grant, and Henry Golding. The film premiered on July 15, 2022 on Netflix.
