Product Description: In the year 2111, humanity has colonized the Solar System in earnest, but unfortunately, criminal syndicates called Connections often dominate the planets. When the police are overwhelmed and the Earth Federation government is ineffective, if not corrupt, only Cosmo Rangers J9 can protect the average citizens of the Solar System. J9 is a group of mercenaries in the asteroid belt, but they only fight for whats right, with the help of their giant robot, Braiger. Even as Isaac (the brains), Kido (the marksman), Bowie (the pilot), and Omachi (the bomber) grow as a team, Khamen Khamen, the head of the Nubia Connection, rises above the other criminal organizations and enacts a plan that will devastate the Solar System and murder the majority of the human race.Inspired by samurai TV dramas, this super robot mecha anime is the first series of the J9 trilogy.
