"Hacks" is a dark comedy series created by Paul W. Downs, Lucia Aniello and Jen Statsky. The show stars Jean Smart as Deborah Vance, a legendary Las Vegas comedy diva looking to appeal to a younger audience, who ends up mentoring a 25-year-old writer (Hannah Einbinder). The cast also includes Carl Clemons-Hopkins, Christopher McDonald and Kaitlin Olson.

The series premiered on May 13, 2021 on HBO Max
