"The One" is a British sci-fi series created by Howard Overman. The show stars Hannah Ware as a DNA researcher who helps discover a way to find the perfect partner, and creates a bold new matchmaking service, but secrets and lies surface as the company's success take off. Dimitri Leonidas, Stephen Campbell Moore, Wilf Scolding and Diarmid Murtagh co-star.

"The One" premiered on March 12, 2021 on Netflix.

"The One is set five minutes in the future, in a world where a DNA test can find your perfect partner – the one person you’re genetically predisposed to fall passionately in love with.
