The fifth season of the action adventure series "MacGyver" has premiered on December 4, 2020 on CBS. Developed by Peter M. Lenkov, the show is a reboot of the 1980s series of the same name by Lee David Zlotoff. The reboot stars Lucas Till, Tristin Mays, Levy Tran, Justin Hires, Meredith Eaton, Henry Ian Cusick and George Eads.
