Blumhouse's "Fantasy Island" is a supernatural horror film directed by Jeff Wadlow ("Kick-Ass 2") from a script he co-wrote alongside Christopher Roach ("Non-Stop") and Jillian Jacobs ("Truth or Dare").

The film is a reimagining of the 1970s TV series of the same name, and it follows a group of people who visit a luxurious but remote tropical resort where their secret dreams become true, then immediately turn into nightmares, forcing them to solve the island's mystery in order to survive. The cast includes Michael Peña, Maggie Q, Lucy Hale, Austin Stowell, Portia Doubleday, Jimmy O. Yang, Ryan Hansen, and Michael Rooker.

"Fantasy Island" opened in theaters on February 14, 2020.
