This week in theaters we have Ridley Scott' "Alien: Covenant", a new entry in the Alien franchise that Scott started back in 1979, and a sequel to his 2012 prequel "Prometheus". Other new wide releases are the YA romance "Everything, Everything" and the comedy sequel "Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul". In limited release, Bryan Cranston delivers another riveting performance in the drama "Wakefield".
