The first trailer and poster for the inspirational flick "Spare Parts" have been released. Based on a true story, the film focuses on four Hispanic high school students who form a robotics club under the leadership of their school's newest teacher (George Lopez) and compete against MIT in a National Underwater Robotics Competition with nothing but spare parts, 800 dollars and a dream. This makes two new inspirational films in only one week along with the similarly themed "McFarland, USA" starring Kevin Costner. Directed by Sean McNamara ("Soul Surfer"), the film also stars Carlos PenaVega, Jamie Lee Curtis, Marisa Tomei, David Del Rio, Alexa PenaVega, Esai Morales and Oscar Gutiérrez.
