A new behind-the-scenes featurette for Roland Emmerich's action thriller "White House Down" has been released by Sony Pictures. The featurette focuses on the film's production values via cast and crew interviews and we get a lot of new footage that highlights the epicness of the action. Most of the film was shot on soundstages, so the production design was crucial in convincingly recreating the White House and several outdoor locations. It's all rather impressive. "White House Down" stars Channing Tatum, Jamie Foxx, Maggie Gyllenhaal, James Woods, Richard Jenkins, Jason Clarke, Jake Weber and Lance Reddick. The release date is June 28, 2013.

Official Synopsis
"Capitol Policeman John Cale (Channing Tatum) has just been denied his dream job with the Secret Service of protecting President James Sawyer (Jamie Foxx). Not wanting to let down his little girl with the news, he takes her on a tour of the White House, when the complex is overtaken by a heavily armed paramilitary group. Now, with the nation’s government falling into chaos and time running out, it’s up to Cale to save the president, his daughter, and the country."
