A new featurette for "The Place Beyond the Pines" has been released. In this behind-the-scenes look, director Derek Cianfrance ("Blue Valentine") provides commentary for a scene from the movie. It's not the absolute best featurette I've ever seen, but it does offer some neat motorcycle stunts and cinematography. The film stars Bradley Cooper, Ryan Gosling, Eva Mendes, Rose Byrne, Eva Mendes and Ray Liotta and received a limited release in the US on March 29, 2013. No word on any chance of a wide release.

Official Synopsis
"Luke (Ryan Gosling) is a professional motorcycle rider who turns to bank robberies to support his newborn son. But when he crosses paths with a rookie police officer (Bradley Cooper), their violent confrontation spirals into a tense generational feud. The Place Beyond the Pines is a rich dramatic thriller, tracing the intersecting lives of fathers and sons, cops and robbers, heroes and villains."
